By accessing or using the MySmartSchool platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. For Clients (Schools Using MySmartSchool ERP Platform)
The refund and cancellation terms for clients are governed by the mutual agreement or contract signed at the time of the initial engagement. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions mentioned in the signed contract for details on cancellations and refunds. If no such contract exists, the following guidelines apply:
- Cancellations: A cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email or letter) at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds for any payments made will be processed based on the terms defined in the contract, including any applicable cancellation fees or charges.
- Non-refundable Fees: Some fees, such as setup, integration, or customization fees, may not be refundable once services have been rendered or delivered.
2. For Students (Fee Payment to Schools)
The refund and cancellation policy for students is determined by the respective school and their internal fee structure and rules. MySmartSchool does not directly handle the refund or cancellation of student fees but provides the platform for schools to manage such processes. The following general guidelines apply:
- Cancellations: Students or parents wishing to cancel any fee payment should contact the respective school directly. Schools will handle cancellations based on their internal policies.
- Refunds: Refunds for students are subject to the individual school’s fee refund policy. Schools may issue refunds based on their terms, which may vary depending on the timing and reason for the cancellation.
- Non-refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration, examination, or administrative fees, may be non-refundable as per the school’s policies.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

- For Students: Contact the school directly using the contact details provided by the school. The school will guide you through their specific refund and cancellation process.
4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days, depending on the nature of the request and the terms of the agreement. For student fee refunds, the timeline will depend on the school’s refund process.
